  • 1 package Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12-count)
  • ½ pound deli sliced smoked chicken
  • ½ pound deli sliced roasted turkey
  • ½ pound Gruyère cheese (hand grated)
  • 1 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Powdered sugar (optional)
  • Raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them completely and place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on both halves, then layer smoked chicken, roasted turkey, and Gruyère cheese on top.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the mixture over the assembled sliders and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown; remove the foil in the last few minutes for a crispy top.
  7. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing; dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve with raspberry preserves.
