  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Char the corn in a skillet with melted butter over medium-high heat for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
