  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1–2 cups juicy watermelon, cubed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • Optional toppings: fresh mint or basil, pinch of salt, chili powder or Tajín, crumbled feta or goat cheese, toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel if necessary and cut into bite-sized cubes or balls.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cantaloupe (or honeydew), and watermelon with lime juice and lime zest. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle with salt and any desired toppings.
