  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Lay out the whole wheat wraps and spread the yogurt sauce generously over each.
  3. Add shredded chicken followed by cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, parsley, dill, and feta cheese onto each wrap.
  4. Roll up each wrap tightly after folding in the sides to contain the fillings.
  5. Slice in half diagonally for easier eating and serve with extra yogurt sauce on the side.
