  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning, divided
  • 2 tsp garlic powder, divided
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 2.5 cups cooked rice (jasmine or basmati)
