  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • Two 15 oz cans mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange jello mix with boiling water and whisk until dissolved. Stir in cold water and let chill for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the cooled jello mixture and whisk until well incorporated. Chill again for another 15 minutes.
