  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 9 cups powdered sugar
  • 67 tbsp water or milk
  • 10 oz peanut butter chips
  • 6 oz peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pans by greasing and lining them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients along with milk.
