  • 16 ounces vanilla almond bark
  • 1 cup red candy melts
  • Green sugar sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with crumbled Christmas tree cakes until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls and place them on the lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Melt the vanilla almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, tapping off excess coating before returning them to the baking sheet.
  6. While still wet, sprinkle green sugar over each truffle.
  7. Melt red candy melts and drizzle over the truffles using a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner.
  8. Let set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
