  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce (washed and dried)
  • 1 cucumber (large, diced)
  • 1 avocado (peeled and chopped)
  • 9 ounces grape tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives (sliced)

Instructions
