  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Raw sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry slightly thinner.
  3. Cut each sheet into 9 squares.
  4. Prick each square with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  5. Place 1 teaspoon of jam in the center of three squares; brush edges with egg wash, fold corners toward the center, pinch to seal.
  6. Brush assembled tarts with egg wash and sprinkle with raw sugar.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
