  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cubed red potatoes with olive oil, dry ranch seasoning mix, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
