  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Cook the linguine according to package directions in salted water. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes; sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chicken broth or reserved pasta water. Scrape browned bits from the pan.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and half of the parsley; stir gently until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet along with drained linguine and parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
  7. Adjust seasoning as needed and garnish with remaining parsley before serving warm.
