  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit covered for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling.
  3. Slice eggs in half and scoop out yolks into a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks until smooth; mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in most of the crumbled bacon (reserve some for garnish).
  6. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.

  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
