Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then fold in sour cream.
