  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Zest and juice of one lime

  • 1 avocado (peeled and sliced)

  4. Cook marinated shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat until opaque (about 3-5 minutes).
  5. Combine cooked shrimp with salad ingredients; drizzle remaining dressing on top.
