  • ½ cup unflavored protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 3 Tbsp zero-calorie sugar replacement
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
