Ingredients

  • Whole chicken (cut into pieces) or skin-on chicken breasts/thighs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Butter
  • Brown mushrooms
  • Shallots
  • Celery
  • Garlic
  • Sage
  • Parsley
  • All-purpose flour
  • Dry white wine
  • Chicken stock
  • Baby yellow potatoes
  • Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. In a Dutch oven, melt butter over medium-high heat; brown chicken on both sides and set aside.
