  • 34 large peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly, then press into the prepared pan. Bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. For the peach filling, toss sliced peaches with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Prepare the crumb topping by combining flour, sugars, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Spread the peach filling over the crust and sprinkle with the crumb topping.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
