  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (thinly shredded)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Side Dish Miso Caesar dressing
  • 4 Siete burrito size grain-free wraps

Instructions

  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts for even cooking. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper with the chicken.
  2. Preheat a griddle over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Cover to keep warm.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in Buffalo sauce. Toss cooked chicken slices in the sauce until well coated.
  4. Warm tortillas on the griddle for about 10-15 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble wraps by layering Buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, sliced onion, and drizzling Miso Caesar dressing on each tortilla before rolling them tightly.
  6. Return assembled wraps to the griddle for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
