  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 ounces sliced deli turkey
  • 8 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (substituted with broth)
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Layer half the cheese on the bottom buns, followed by turkey and cranberry sauce.
  4. Top with remaining cheese, then brush butter mixture (melted butter, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, Dijon mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar) over the assembled sliders.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5-7 minutes until tops are golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
