  • 4 Tbsps Italian Dressing
  • 4 Cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 Tbsps Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions
  • 1 Medium Avocado, Sliced
  • 6 Medium Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for the best flavor).
  2. Grill marinated chicken over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, shredded Parmesan, avocado slices, chopped red onions, and black pepper.
  4. Fill each tortilla with about a cup of the salad mixture and slices of grilled chicken; sprinkle extra black pepper if desired.
