  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Flaked sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan with a thickness of about 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
