  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons freshly squeezed grapefruit juice for glaze

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with baking spray.
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
