  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Melt the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
