  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan, hot sauce (if using), red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Stir well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers (soak wooden ones in water first).
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook skewers for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
