  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lemon (halved, divided)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 4 to 6 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange broccoli florets around the area where you will place the salmon fillets on the pan.
  3. Position each salmon fillet skin-side down and rub minced garlic all over them.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Pour this mixture over both the salmon and broccoli.
  5. Squeeze half a lemon over everything and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
