  • 12 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic (freshly grated)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (snipped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. 1. Toast the panko breadcrumbs in a dry skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese and sour cream. Add finely chopped pickles, ranch seasoning, grated garlic, chopped dill, snipped chives, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
