  • 1 round loaf Chleba Bread
  • 1 cup hummus (roasted garlic preferred)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 oz turkey slices
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 2 cups salted pretzels
  • 4 oz aged Gouda cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz Gruyere cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz Havarti cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Slice off the top of the Chleba bread to create a hollow space. Fill it generously with hummus.
  2. Use black olives to create eyes on the hummus and add a strawberry half as the nose.
  3. Cut celery sticks into strips for whiskers and place them beside the nose.
  4. Slice cucumbers into quarters for bunny ears and arrange them behind the bread.
  5. Arrange salted pretzels around the bunny centerpiece for texture.
  6. Roll or fold turkey slices neatly around the board.
