  3. Fold in chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  4. Cover and let the dough rise at room temperature for about 120 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place in a greased proofing basket.
  6. Allow it to rise again for about an hour.
  7. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
