  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ditalini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and parsley.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
