  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, semi crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Add brown sugar, flour, and salt; mix until crumbly.
  3. Press about 1 3/4 cups of the crust mixture into the bottom of a prepared 9×13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the baked crust; spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the chocolate layer followed by semi-crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
  8. Bake again for another 20-30 minutes until set but slightly soft in the center.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
