  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup gruyere cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Arrange the sliced potatoes and onions in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, then gradually add almond milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until melted.
