  • 1 English cucumber (small diced)
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 large lime (zested and juiced)

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions

  2. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pink; then transfer to an ice water bath to cool.

  4. Drizzle dressing over the mixture and stir gently until well coated.
