  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 16 oz pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts on the bottom. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add minced garlic on top of the chicken then pour in both marinara and Alfredo sauces. Stir gently to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain well.
  5. Shred or cube the chicken in the crockpot and mix in cooked pasta with one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese until melted.
