  • 23 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 2 celery stalks (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 oz au jus mix
  • 1 oz chicken gravy mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables by adding sliced carrots, celery, and onion to the slow cooker.
  2. Place the boneless skinless chicken thighs on top of the veggies.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together chicken stock, au jus mix, gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken and veggies.
