  • 12 oz. bag Sage & Onion cubed stuffing
  • 1 cup leeks (chopped) or green onions
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cubed stuffing, leeks, dried cranberries, golden raisins, and chopped pecans in a sprayed 5-quart Crock Pot.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over the stuffing mixture and fold gently until combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
