  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for crisping)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin and spray lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the baked wonton cups and top with additional mozzarella.
  6. Bake again for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
