  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Trim the tough stem ends from the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Slice each sprout in half lengthwise.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
