  • 1 lb whole mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

Instructions
