  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • Coarsely ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms with salt and pepper until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in potato gnocchi and chicken broth; simmer for 2-3 minutes until gnocchi float.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently; simmer for a few minutes until well combined.
