  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley or Basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi: Bring salted water to a boil and add the gnocchi. Cook until they float, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
