  • 12 oz Pappardelle Pasta (or any pasta of choice)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Fruit Juice (substitution for dry white grape juice)
  • 1 tsp Grated Lemon Zest
  • 5 oz Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Capers

Instructions
