  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound pasta of your choice

  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
