  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon 21 Salute Seasoning (or any poultry seasoning of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Season chicken thighs with seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In an oven-proof skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sear chicken until golden (2-3 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in more butter until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then gradually add chicken broth. Stir until thickened.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; season to taste. Return chicken thighs to skillet and spoon sauce over them.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked through.
