  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Flour (for dredging)

  1. Season the salmon pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Lightly dredge them in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned but not fully cooked.
  3. Remove the salmon and add chicken broth, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to the skillet. Stir and let it bubble for 1-2 minutes.
