  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
