  • 1 rib celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and cool under running water to prevent mushiness.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, black pepper, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Add the diced onion, celery, and bell pepper to the dressing and mix thoroughly.
  4. Combine the cooled pasta with half of the dressing in a large bowl. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, add the remaining dressing and toss again.
