  • 40 Saltine Crackers
  • 1 cup Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, greasing it with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Arrange Saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and brown sugar, stirring until boiling. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  5. Pour the hot toffee sauce evenly over the crackers.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
  7. Once melted, spread the chocolate evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
