  • 3540 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers closely in rows on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together until well combined. Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly. Bake for 4 minutes.
  5. While baking, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top; let sit for a minute to melt.
  7. Spread melted chocolate evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
