  • 1 cup finely chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Stir in melted butter, eggs, and salt; gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic, then let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
